1、 In accordance with the constitution of the people & #39;s Republic of China and the law of the people & #39;s Republic of China on the administration of exit and entry, the legitimate rights and interests of foreigners in China are protected by law. Foreigners in China shall abide by Chinese law and shall not endanger China & #39;s national security, damage public interests and destroy public order.

2、 According to the law of the people & #39;s Republic of China on the administration of exit and entry, foreigners shall register for accommodation in time during their stay in China, and consciously accept the examination of certificates issued by public security organs. At the same time, in accordance with the law of the people & #39;s Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the frontier health and Quarantine Law of the people & #39;s Republic of China, the regulations on the emergency response to public health emergencies and other laws and regulations, in order to effectively prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases and effectively guarantee the safety of public life and health, the people & #39;s governments at all levels and relevant departments of China shall organize the implementation of monitoring, isolation and other relevant epidemic prevention and anti epidemic measures in accordance with the law Measures, foreigners in China should cooperate.

3、 According to the law of the people & #39;s Republic of China on penalties for public security administration and the criminal law of the people & #39; If punishment constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

4、 According to the law of the people & #39;s Republic of China on the administration of exit and entry, the public security organ will, depending on the illegal situation, make decisions on the invalidation, cancellation or collection of certificates, exit within a time limit, deportation and deportation of foreigners who violate Chinese laws and regulations. Among them, the deported foreigners are not allowed to enter the country within one to five years from the date of deportation; the deported foreigners are not allowed to enter the country within ten years from the date of deportation.
